Cheesecake doesn’t get any easier than this. Seriously. The easy biscuit base is made chocolatey with cocoa powder and chocolate chips. The chocolate cheesecake filling is set with a couple of teaspoons of gelatin.
After a few hours in the fridge, you’re ready to go. Or should I say eat.
Why buy chocolate cheesecakes when you can whip up something this delicious in no time at all (and you know exactly what goes into it).
Fancy it up with some more whipped cream and chocolate decorations like in the photo and it’s perfect for any dinner party or special occasion.
