Perfect cake for a decadent afternoon tea. Deliciously moist thanks to the addition of yoghurt. Looks (and tastes) fantastic with the ripple of cinnamon crumble through the middle and on the top. The lovely glaze really is the icing on top of this delightful cake.
This is a great recipe for a fabulous ice-cream cake for grown-ups. So very easy as you just combine store bought ingredients and end up with this delight!
